Dato’ Sri Tang Tiong Tai (Managing Director and Founder)
Dato’ Sri Tang Tiong Tai is responsible for setting and executing the vision for FORWARD as the leading ship builder in Malaysia. He has more than 30 years of experience in ship building and engineering. In year 2000, having recognized the surging demand for work boats, Mr.Tang decisively launched the second shipyard Forward Marine Enterprise that has been successfully integrated into Forward Shipbuilding, the former company.
Datin Sri Yii Yong Mee (Director)
Datin Sri Yii Yong Mee is in charge of group accounting. She monitors and reviews accounting and related system report for accuracy and completeness. Additionally, she oversees and reviews budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. Periodically she interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Alex Tang See Hua (Director)
Mr. Alex Tang See Hua has been appointed as Company director since year 2011 due to his ability and capability to solve problems in different aspect. Most recently, he was in charged in production & operation section, involving in oversee manpower, machine maintenance and also public relation with different association. He was a young, dynamic and energetic person who we can be trust and depend on to be a great leader.
He holds a Diploma in Accounting from SEGI COLLEGE KUALA LUMPUR.
Alan Tang See Lim (Director)
Mr. Alan Tang See Lim has been appointed as Company director since year 2018 due to his ability and capability to solve problems in different aspect. Most recently, he was in charged in production & operation section, involving in oversee manpower, machine maintenance and also public relation with different association. He was a young, dynamic and energetic person who we can be trust and depend on to be a great leader.
He holds a Master in Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM Space)
Shairly Tang (Chief Administrative Officer)
Ms. Shairly Tang is responsible for daily operations and human resource. Prior to joining Forward Marine in Malaysia, she was working as a senior financial analyst at Abacus Settlement, a New York based provider of life settlement solutions, She has been awarded as one of the most valuable employees in the year of 2007.
Shairly holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance, Cum Laude, from University of Central Missouri in the U.S.A. In year 2021, she obtained Master in Education.
Sii Hee Ching (Administrative Officer)
Ms. Sii Hee Ching is in charge in Administration, HR & Training section. Currently, she oversees and monitors company daily operations. She is a dedicated, reliable and quick learning individual who has a strong aptitude for performing detail oriented and an ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Annie Lau Khien Ung (Administrative Officer)
